PayloadIQ is launching with a one-time Founding Lifetime at €37 (list price €49). It is limited to the first 1,000 founders. When the founding window closes, PayloadIQ moves to a subscription ($4/month or $37/year) — but founders are never moved onto it. This page is our written promise about exactly what your Founding Lifetime covers.
What your Founding Lifetime includes — for life, at no further cost
- The full core workbench Pro: every current Pro tool, with no daily limit.
- Payload Vault — unlimited named snapshots of your workspaces.
- Encrypted cross-device sync (end-to-end; we only ever store ciphertext), up to a fair-use ceiling. Your device limit stays at your current level or better — never worse.
- All maintenance and quality updates to these tools.
No recurring charge, ever, for the above. Your entitlement is permanent and cannot be downgraded by the future subscription.
What may be a separate, optional paid add-on
So that “lifetime” stays sustainable and honest, a small, clearly-bounded set of things may be priced separately:
- Genuinely new, separately-priced modules built after launch.
- Any feature that carries an ongoing per-use cost we must pay for (for example, a future optional AI add-on).
These are always optional. You will never be forced to buy them, and you will never be downgraded for not buying them. And as a founder, you get a permanent loyalty discount on any such add-on.
The founding window
The €37 Founding Lifetime is available until the first of these happens: 1,000 founding licenses are sold, or the founding period ends (about 12 months from launch). After that, only the Free plan and the $4/month · $37/year subscription will be available to new customers.
How we honor this
Your Founding Lifetime is recorded as a permanent entitlement on your license — technically separate from the subscription system, so a future subscription lapse or downgrade can never touch it. Activate Pro on up to 3 devices with your license key (or restore it by email). Your pasted data never leaves your browser; only your license check and the encrypted sync blob touch our server.
Refunds & instant access
Pro is delivered instantly, so at checkout you confirm immediate access and waive the standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply once access begins. If something goes wrong, email support@payloadiq.dev — we’ll make it right.
